Di Tanno with Kryalos in the sale of a real estate asset in Milano

Kryalos SGR announced that “All Star,” a closed-end real estate fund promoted by Blackstone, has finalized the sale of an office-use asset in Milan’s Porta Romana district to Macquarie Asset Management for approximately €119 million.
