Di Tanno Associati wins in CGT of Lazio for Logista S.p.A.

Di Tanno Associati – with a team composed of Partner Renzo Amadio and Senior Associate Angelo Viti – won in Corte di Giustizia Tributaria di secondo grado (“CGT”) of Lazio, for Logista Italia S.p.A., in a transfer pricing dispute which arose with the Regional Directorate of the Italian Revenue Agency concerning the rate of remuneration of the assets arising from the implementation of the cash pooling relationship in place with the foreign parent company.
