Di Tanno Associati in the “interpello procedure” on ‘Convertendi’ investment agreements

Di Tanno Associati assisted a leading venture capital operator in the special Interpello procedure on New Investments, concerning the correct tax classification and treatment of so-called ‘Convertendi’ investment agreements.
