Di Tanno Associates with Kryalos SGR in new Italian healthcare real estate investment program

Di Tanno Associati assisted Kryalos in connection with the launch of the Italian closed-end real estate alternative investment fund reserved named “Euryale Healthcare Italia 1.”

The launch of the Italian fund originates from the partnership between Kryalos SGR and Euryale to make real estate investments in Italy in the healthcare, senior living and RSA sectors.

The Firm assisted Kryalos SGR with a team composed of Roberto Della Vecchia, Partner in charge of the legal area, Emanuele Marrocco, Partner and Mirko Lacchini, Counsel. In particular, the Firm’s activity covered all the regulatory and corporate aspects of the transaction.
